The Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders was the first major medical tenant to occupy space in the Magnolia Green mixed-use development at Magnolia and Lipscomb.
The building demonstrated that it was possible to design an urban-style medical office building that is oriented to public sidewalks along Magnolia and Lipscomb, yet still provides convenient parking and drop-off space at the back of the building.
