The City of Fort Worth executed an agreement with Cypress Equities for a master planned urban village north of Rosedale between Evans Avenue and I 35W.

Completed improvements include the Evans Avenue Plaza and the Ella Shamblee Library.

Future development in the village should include retail, the City's public health headquarters, and potentially some upper floor loft apartments.
