FWSI's Board represents the full membership in establishing policies and programs for the organization.

The 44-member Board is comprised of members from all membership levels and includes a broad range of perspectives, from neighborhood leaders to corporate executives.

The full Board meets quarterly, and the Board's Executive Committee meets during the months when there is not a full Board meeting.
