Because of the close affiliation between the two organizations, Historic Southside Inc.'s Board shares officers with Fort Worth South, Inc. In addition, 9 of the 13 members also serve on the FWSI Board.

The remaining slots are reserved for long-standing leaders from Southside neighborhoods, ensuring that the Board retains a continual community-oriented perspective.
