The Leuda/May/St. Louis neighborhood is one of the Near Southside's hidden gems.

A pocket-sized neighborhood located between S. Main and Jennings, just south of Pennsylvania, Leuda/May/St. Louis has benefited from a handful of independent restoration efforts over the last decade.

Eddie Vanston led the way with the renovation of the Leuda-May Apartments, soon followed by the Center for the Healing Arts and the Hattie May Inn.

The neighborhood is also home to Rahr & Sons Brewing Co., which is always a big draw on the weekend for visitors interested in brewery tours and tastings. These visitors and neighborhood residents will soon be able to enjoy the new West Leuda Park, a TIF-funded project and Fort Worth South, Inc.'s first park project.
