Magnolia Avenue west of Hemphill was one of the City's first major streetscape improvement projects, dating back to the mid 1980s.
It's now time to spruce up the Near Southside's signature street by replacing displaced bricks, replacing dead or distressed trees, and installing new benches. This facelift was approved as a TIF project and is already underway.
