The corner of Forest Park and Rosedale has been the focus of development discussions for years. FWSI worked with the City to outline a vision for a vibrant mixed-use development on the site, and the Raymond Management Group began construction late spring 2011.
The development includes two hotels (Hilton Garden Inn & Homewood Suites), a 60K s/f medical office building, 4 story shared parking garage, new buildings along Rosedale with space for 20K s/f of retail shops and restaurants, and a bank.
Hotel construction will start June 2011 followed by the bank in late summer and retail and medical office afterward. The project is scheduled to be complete by 4th quarter 2013.
