The Fort Worth Independent School District purchased the former Motheral Printing Plant property at South Main and Pennsylvania as a potential school site.
The FWISD abandoned those plans and recently sold the property to TownSite.
Townsite is pursuing a mixed-use project and is developing conceptual plans for the 8-acre site, which should serve as a revitalization catalyst for South Main Village.
