Terrell Heights was designated by the City of Fort Worth as a local historic district in 2007. The neighborhood has been home to generations of African-American community and business leaders.
Though like many central city neighborhoods it suffered from disinvestment over the past decades, Terrell Heights is beginning to see significant new investment.
Neighborhood Homes is leading the effort to construct compatible infill houses that complement the remaining historic homes. The neighborhood is within the target area of our fellow redevelopment company, Southeast Fort Worth, Inc.
