FWSI and Dunaway Associates worked with neighborhood residents to develop a master plan for this TIF-funded park in the historic Leuda/May/St. Louis district.
The original site between St. Louis and Jennings was expanded to include a City-owned lot between Jennings and May.
Construction should begin at the beginning of 2009.
