The Near Southside is home to two Bed & Breakfast Inns located in beautifully restored historic mansions that date from the beginning of the 20th century. For hotel options within the district, the Midtown project under construction at Rosedale and Forest Park will bring Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites to the area. The Hilton Garden Inn will open in 2012, with the Homewood Suites to be constructed as part of Midtown’s second phase.

The Rosen House Inn is nestled in the heart of the Fairmount Historic District on a half acre surrounded by heirloom rose gardens. Built in 1910, The Inn offers a turn-of-the-century experience with 21st century amenities. Kelly Bowden completed the transformation of the house in 2010.
