Property Owner Data Base      

Fort Worth South, Inc. maintains a data base of the property owners in the development district.  It is compiled from information provided by the Tarrant Appraisal District is updated annually.  It includes all relevant information about every parcel, its location, legal description, owner, size, and appraised value over the most recent five years.  It is a resource available to members of Fort Worth South, Inc.

Geographic Information System (GIS)

Fort Worth South, Inc. uses ArcView software application to provide aerial photograph and mapping information about properties in the district.  A recent digital aerial photograph of the entire central city area of Fort Worth is available.  An array of overlay information including property lines, lot, block, subdivision, street names, etc. is available for use by members and potential investors and developers.  The information is compiled and presented in a color hard copy format for easy reference in order to facilitate investment decisions.
