The buildings’ authentic historic character appeals to owners of creative firms, restaurants, pubs, and a wide range of other businesses. Historic elements such as exposed brick walls and tin ceilings create spaces that help attract quality employees and loyal customers. The gallery to the left shows a sample of Near Southside buildings recently given a second life.
