1995 Strategic Plan

Originally created for the Southside Medical District May 1995, this document was prepared by Sasaki Associates, Inc., in collaboration withDevelopment Strategies, Inc., Barton-Aschman Associates, Inc. and PR Texas, Inc. This study was produced through the efforts of the City of Fort Worth, The Fort Worth Transit Authority and major medical insitutions and businesses within the Southside Medical District.

Developed by Fort Worth South, Inc.this document illustrates the direction of redevelopment in the district. The Design Guidelines are meant to aid and encourage redeveloment, while diligently respecting the integrity of Fort Worth South. They are a source of information detailing standards and goals that have been enbraced by the stakeholders of Fort Worth South, the zoning commission, city council, neighbors, and those with a vested interest in the redevelopment district.
