You are cordially invited to join Fort Worth South, Inc., the community organization working to revitalize the Near Southside. Fort Worth South initiates marketing and redevelopment programs to create a vibrant urban village where people live, work, and play within an inviting and diverse community. We are a private, member-funded, 501(c)4 non-profit redevelopment organization created in 1996 by community leaders dedicated to revitalizing the Near Southside.

Your dues provide the critical financial support for the ongoing work of our organization. We thank you for your interest in membership with Fort Worth South, Inc. Please complete the appropriate form below and a staff member will follow up with you to complete the registration process. Membership dues should be renewed annually on the month in which you have registered.

This is not a tax-deductible donation, but may be a deductible business expense. W-9 forms will be provided at your request.

Bronze – $250

Membership level suggested for newly established small businesses. There is one FWSI Board position reserved for every 20 Bronze members. Bronze members also include individual donors interested in supporting FWSI initiatives and the district’s revitalization.

Membership level suggested for established and expanding small businesses. There is one FWSI Board position for every 10 Silver members.

Membership level suggested for newly established medium-size businesses. There is one FWSI Board position reserved for every 6 Gold members.

Sustaining Partner – $5,000

Membership level suggested for large businesses and others that wish to be most actively involved in FWSI initiatives and the Near Southside’s revitalization. Each Sustaining Partner member receives a FWSI board position.
