The Earth Party 2015 is a free outdoor festival for the entire family celebrating “going green” in Fort Worth. The event, hosted by the City of Fort Worth and Keep Fort Worth Beautiful, runs from 11 AM – 4 PM on Saturday, March 28th at Magnolia on the Green at 1201 Lipscomb – which is also one of the coolest areas in town with unique restaurants and shops lining Magnolia Avenue. It also happens to be the 45th Earth Day. Remember Woodstock? Legendary Woodstock performer Melanie will be headlining the entertainment and Fort Worth’s very own Vocal Trash will perform on a solar powered stage. In between performances watch Fort Worth students model during a Recycled Fashion Show, visit with exhibitors including Fort Worth’s Green-off families, Sierra Club, the Audubon Society and more than other 30 exhibitors.
