Now located on the Near Southside in a charming historic storefront at 1714 8th Ave.
More than fifty years ago, the Junior League of Fort Worth opened the resale shop "Bargain Box" to sell gently used clothing. Not only did Junior League members stock the store by donating their clothing but members also worked in the store.
Today, the name has changed to "Double Exposure" but members still stock the store with high quality merchandise and give more than 5,000 volunteer hours to ensure Double Exposure operates efficiently. All donated merchandise is carefully examined to meet the standards of Double Exposure.
The success of Double Exposure has grown over the years. Last year alone, the store has earned more than $250,000 that was used to help fund many of the Junior League's community projects.
