1615-1617 W. Oleander Street
Fort Worth, TX 76104
Oleander Plaza was the first newly constructed project on the Near Southside to mix residential and non-residential uses.
The 7,800 sf project consists of two buildings, each with ground floor health care offices and two upper floor loft apartments.
The project was made possible through the innovative vision of Dr. Jhansi M. Raj and her architect, Tom Malone.
The success of Oleander Plaza convinced Tom to explore a similar mixed-use design for his own office space, which became the TMA Architecture/Pennsylvania Lofts project.
