Working with contractor AUI and project manager TownSite, FWSI has completed Oleander Walk, the distinctive centerpiece of a re-emerging urban neighborhood
The unique street is primarily intended to serve as a linear public space for pedestrians and bicyclists, but also allows vehicular access to garages serving the residential units along the Walk.
The project was made possible through an innovative funding partnership with the City's Housing Department and TIF #4.
Private development projects along Oleander Walk include Fairmount Lofts, Texana Townhomes, and Oleander Place Townhomes.
