Samaritan House provides housing and on-site supportive services for individuals and families living with HIV or AIDS.

The Villages at Samaritan House, a new construction project completed in 2006, includes 66 living units and community facilities. This project set a precedent for future mixed-use and residential projects along Hemphill Street.
