Fran McCarthy is working to renovate this historic building on W. Magnolia, formerly home to Catholic Charities. Plans call for ground floor retail and second floor office space. The building is within the Fairmount Historic District and must comply with certain design guidelines administered by the City's Historic and Cultural Landmarks Commission.
