Gate Lock Development is constructing their first two townhouse units at Bryan and Tucker.
The project is the district's first to seek Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
The two units are around 2.000 sf, priced from the $250s, and feature tankless water heaters, bamboo floors, and loft-style floor plans.
This pioneering project is setting the stage for future residential infill within South Main Village, a key goal for the Near Southside.
