Building on the 1995 Strategic Plan for the Southside Medical District by Sasaki Associates that served as the foundation for the Near Southside revitalization effort, an interdisciplinary group of consultants reviewed and assessed the district's progress in 2003.
Their assessment produced a report that included a series of recommendations to allow FWSI, the City, and major stakeholders to accelerate progress.
