NEZ Maps

The City's Neighborhood Empowerment Zone (NEZ) program designates certain central city areas as eligible for redevelopment incentives, including permit and impact fee waivers. (Please note that properties within the TIF district are not eligible for NEZ tax abatements.)

Virtually the entire Near Southside is within designated NEZs. The Magnolia Village NEZ includes the area west of I-35W, and the Evans & Rosedale Village NEZ includes the area to the east.
