The Near Southside Urban Design District includes the vast majority of the area bounded by I-30 to the north, Evans and Kentucky Avenues to the east, Allen Avenue to the south (excluding the Fairmount neighborhood), and the Fort Worth and Western Railroad to the west.

All properties within the shaded area on the district map are subject to the Near Southside Development Standards and Guidelines.
