Research firm M/PF completed a survey of housing demand for the Near Southside and other central city districts in 2006.
The survey determined that demand for urban housing was rising, which is positive news for FWSI as we work toward the goal of maximizing the number of new residents in the district.
Housing development supports new retail development while also improving neighborhood security.
